7月13日，Sila Sveta在莫斯科“Ø”音乐节期间，在艺术空间Mutabor上推出了最新的沉浸式装置“DRËMA”。标题来自俄语单词“дрёма”（“ dryoma”），视情况而定，该单词可以翻译为半睡，愉快的遐想，轻度的睡眠或做白日梦的状态。 

On July 13, Sila Sveta unveiled its newest immersive installation ‘DRËMA’ at the art space Mutabor during the ‘Ø’ festival in Moscow. The title comes from the Russian word ‘дрёма’ (‘dryoma’), which can be translated as a state of being half-asleep, a pleasant reverie, light slumber, or daydreaming, depending on the context.

These words rarely come to mind when one thinks of a techno party. Building upon the dualism of the urban aesthetics and the wilderness, concrete and organic materials, the pulsating energy of the rave and the soothing calmness of nature, Sila Sveta created a one-of-a-kind experience for the seasoned party-goers.

Sila Sveta与莫斯科设计师二人组Freak Fabrique合作，决定改变著名的聚会场所，并将通常与跳舞人群的热量和汗水相关联的空间变成具有未来主义氛围的迷人迷雾森林。从当地一家苗圃购买了十四棵活树，并将它们直接安装在舞池上，以及从卡累利阿河沼泽中提取的活苔藓。 

Working together with the Moscow-based designer duo Freak Fabrique, Sila Sveta decided to transform the famous party spot and turn the space that is usually associated with the heat and sweat of the dancing crowds into an enchanted foggy forest with a futuristic vibe. Fourteen live trees were bought from a local plant nursery and installed directly on the dancefloor, as well as live moss from the Karelian swamps.

‘We were curious to see how the projections look on an uneven, unusual surface – small, moving, uniquely-shaped leaves and branches instead of walls, screens or fabric, says Sila Sveta’s creative director Arthur Kondrashenkov. The idea was to put these natural shapes in the spotlight and to focus on the atmosphere that we create there. We wanted to surprise the public but also to do something functional. Many techno clubs look similar – it’s the stone and concrete all around. It can also get quite crowded, hot and stuffy so we tried to make it a bit easier to breathe. We created a living forest inside a heated room made of concrete blocks.’

‘Some people suggested that we just take an audio system and go into the forest if we want to dance among the trees. But it’s not easy to stop us, – says Sila Sveta’s producer Kira Pogudaeva. We wanted to do something simple yet surprising. Nobody expected to see live plants at an art festival but we like surprising people’.

Pierced with pulsating lasers and abstract projections and wrapped in smoke, the trees turned into dynamic art objects that constantly changed their shapes and colors, spellbinding the viewers. The hypnotizing atmosphere inside the club was also enhanced by a mirage-like projection on the window. 

更多概念More concept

最终项目中未包含的一些概念建议使用LED灯装饰树木，以突出其形状，直接在树木上安装灯，并使用低雾度机器使人造 “ 森林”  看起来更加神秘。 

Some of the concepts that weren’t included in the final project suggested decorating the trees with LED lights in order to accentuate their shapes, installing lamps directly on the trees and using low fog machines to make the artificial ‘forest’ look even more enigmatic.
