3月26日-4月2日,Signal Alpha工作室和x-style快闪买手店合作, 为2019 FW FOB 上海时尚艺术季设计了为期七天的临时互动装置。

From March 26th to April 2nd, Signal Alpha cooperated up with the X-stylepop-up buyer store designed a seven-day temporary interactive installation forthe 2019 FW FOB Shanghai Fashion Art Season.

空间中,十个可以与人互动的屏幕在平面上组成了一个X形,将空间分隔开来。X的一边延伸至入口处,引导观者进入到互动空间当中。

In thisspace, ten screens that can interact with visitors are arranged in an X shape andone side of X extends to the entrance to guide visitors into the immersive space.

在此次设计中,所有的结构性构件都趋近于透明。设计团队希望通过这样的方式,创造出10个悬浮于空间中的“虫洞世界”, 十个纸片式的二维界面,却可以将观者吸引入展品背后延展出的三维空间中。屏幕两侧用分明的黑白两色来强调二维平面的正与反,屏幕背后虚拟和真实的两个平行世界。

In this design, all structural components tend to be transparent. In this way, the design team hopes to create 10 “wormhole worlds” that suspended in space. Ten minimalist two-dimensional interfaces can attract viewers to thethree-dimensional virtual world behind the exhibits. Both sides of the screensuse distinct black and white to emphasize the positive and negative of thetwo-dimensional plane and the two parallel worlds of virtual and real behind the screen.

屏幕通过细钢丝“悬浮”于场地中,与之相对应的10款展品通过简洁透明的亚克力支撑悬浮于屏幕中央。

The screens are “floating” in the field by very thin steel wires, and the corresponding 10 exhibits are suspended in the center of the screen with simple and transparent acrylic board support.

设计团队从每个展品中提取他们独特的色彩、图案或者肌理,设计了10个不同的互动界面。当人走过屏幕前方时,画面被唤醒,将人带入到展品背后或梦幻或抽象的世界中。

The design team extracted the unique colors, patterns or textures from each exhibit and designed 10 different interactive interfaces. Instead of opposite between the viewer and theexhibits, we believe that they should be connected to each other. While the viewer observes the exhibits, the exhibits will observe the viewer at the sametime. As the viewer walks past the front of the screen, the screen is awakened,bringing them into a dreamy and abstract world behind exhibits.

观者与展品之间不应是对立的,而应该是彼此联通的。观者观察展品,而展品也可以通过它们的方式来回应观者。静态,具象的展品中,也蕴藏了巨大的信息,甚至可以是属于他们的一个维度,一个像X一样未知的世界。当这个世界感受到观者的关注,它也会回应以关注,开始展品与观者之间的对话。这样的对话和互动模糊掉了屏幕后展品世界和真实世界的界限,更模糊了观者与展品的界限。

tatic and figurative exhibits also contain a huge amount of information, such as their own dimension or a world as unknown as X. When the world feels the viewer's attention, it will also respondand begin the dialogue. Such dialogues and interactions blur the boundarybetween the world of the exhibits and the real world and the boundary betweenthe viewer and the exhibits.
