摘要

幽暗的环境是营造空幻浩渺宇宙气氛的底色,飘渺的蓝光更是强化了这种意向。当空间的边界全部被大大小小的光纤覆盖,形成星空包裹的体验,人们对现实空间的边界感将被虚化,想象力获得主导,由此,便可创造出一种太空漫步般的沉浸式体验。而当一个物体被照亮,而却没有产生任何影子,人们对于“有光就有影”的常识认知被瓦解,在设计时,通过照明的手法让强烈的灯光仅仅存在于飞行器的表面,这种戏剧化效果在视觉上进一步分解了空间,混淆了物体之间的距离,构成“空寂”的空间秩序,不仅强化了宇宙的神秘感和壮美,也为观众带来了一种全新的视觉体验。

The dim environment serves as the base for creating a surreal and vast universe atmosphere, while the ethereal blue light further enhances this intention. When the boundaries of space are covered by fibers of light, creating an experience of being enveloped by the starry sky, people's sense of the boundaries of real space will be blurred, and imagination takes the lead, thus creating an immersive experience of walking in space.

Moreover, when an object is illuminated without casting any shadow, people's common sense of "where there is light, there is shadow" is shattered. In the design, the strong light is made to exist only on the surface of the spacecraft through lighting techniques, and this dramatic effect further breaks down the space visually, blurring the distance between objects and creating a "void" spatial order. This lighting design not only enhances the mystery and grandeur of the universe but also brings a new visual experience to the audience.

天文馆主题展区分为“家园”、“宇宙”和“征程”三大区域,从 “家园”开始启程,逐渐展开人类对宇宙探索的历程和取得的成就。由上海飞来飞去展览设计工程有限公司带来的展陈设计将人文与科学进行了有机融合,把深奥的天文理论转化为艺术形态,以一种寓教于乐的方式打开天体和宇宙的奥秘,将神秘的宇宙星空带到身边。

The Astronomy Museum's themed exhibition area is pided into three major regions: "Home," "Universe," and "Journey." Starting from "Home," it gradually unfolds the history of human exploration of the universe and the achievements made. The exhibition design brought by "Xenario " organically integrates humanities and science, transforming profound astronomical theories into artistic forms. In a fun and educational way, it opens up the mysteries of celestial bodies and the universe, bringing the mysterious universe and starry sky closer to people.

戏剧化照明思路下的空间体验

Spatial experience under the dramatic lighting concept.

为了更好地契合宇宙的主题,灯光引入“黑·空”理念,通过戏剧化的手法,将空间视作舞台,通过光来展示物体形态的同时,又通过黑暗避免暴露太多细节。通过这种“离间”效果,来虚化空间的边界,用光的强度、色彩和对比,来引导动线和表达空间次序,营造虚实相间的氛围。

To better fit the theme of the universe, the lighting design introduces the concept of "Black Sky." Through dramatic techniques, the space is viewed as a stage, and the use of light showcases the form of objects while avoiding revealing too many details through darkness. Through this "separation" effect, the boundaries of space are blurred, and the intensity, color, and contrast of light are used to guide the movement and express the spatial order, creating an atmosphere of interplay between reality and illusion.

正常情况下, 当被照或发光物体与环境的亮度对比低于2:1时,会产生呆板平淡的感受;高于10:1时,会使人感觉明暗对比非常强烈。亮度对比在3:1~5:1的范围之间时,给人的感觉比较舒适理想。因此在设计中,我们希望图文内容是柔和的,营造舒适的阅读体验,而展品则需要更高的对比度,以突破环境亮度的限制,脱颖而出,营造一种戏剧化的冲突。

Generally, we believe that when the brightness contrast between the illuminated or emitting object and the environment is less than 2:1, it will produce a dull and flat feeling; when it is higher than 10:1, it will make people feel that the contrast between light and dark is very strong. The feeling is relatively comfortable and ideal when the brightness contrast is between 3:1 and 5:1. Therefore, in the design, we hope that the graphic and textual content is soft, creating a comfortable reading experience, while the exhibits require higher contrast to break through the limitations of environmental brightness, stand out, and create a dramatic conflict.

“家园”-奇幻旅行的起点

"Home" - The starting point of a fantastic journey.

“家园”区域的设计聚焦在太阳系,用灯光或其他多媒体的方式模拟出了太阳系中几大行星:太阳、地球和月亮之间的关系,这是进入天文馆内部后的第一个场景,也是最为庞大、复杂的一个空间。当穿过曲折的门洞,便可看到扑面而来的巨大地球,在星空包裹中熠熠生辉。明亮的飞行器悬浮在星空中,却没有影子,就好像空间如此浩瀚无垠,以至于让阴影失去了落脚之地。

The design of the "Home" area focuses on the solar system, simulating the relationships between the Sun, Earth, and Moon through lighting or other multimedia methods. This is the first scene visitors encounter after entering the planetarium, and it is also the largest and most coplex space. When passing through the winding doorway, visitors can see the huge Earth shining brightly in the starry sky. Bright spacecrafts hover in the starry sky without shadows, as if space is so vast that shadows have no place to land.

飞行器的照明是设计实施的难点,既要足够明亮,又不能产生阴影破坏星空。经过反复的沟通论证,设计师采用了图案片逐步调试切片的方式,将光只照射在飞行器上,而不产生溢出。这种无阴影的灯光效果进一步强化了宇宙广阔无垠之“空”的理念,使观众更好地感受到宇宙的神秘和壮美。

The lighting of the spacecraft was a difficult point in the design iplementation. It had to be bright enough but could not produce shadows that would disrupt the starry sky. After repeated communication and discussion, the designer adopted a method of gradually adjusting the pattern slices to ensure that the light was only shining on the spacecraft without spilling over. This shadowless lighting effect further enhances the concept of the vast and boundless "space" of the universe, allowing the audience to better feel the mystery and grandeur of the universe.

无声-宇宙的秩序

Silence - The order of the universe.

宇宙中的运动都是按照一定规律进行的,宇宙中的物质也有着自己的组织结构,但宇宙中没有声音。因此对我们来说,“宇宙”区域将是一个体现秩序与空寂的场景。

The movements in the universe follow certain laws, and the matter in the universe has its own organizational structure, but there is no sound in the universe. Therefore, for us, the "Universe" area will be a scene that reflects order and eptiness.

灯光在这里以网格的样式呈现在人们眼前,重复的矩形阵列强化了秩序的意向。出于对“静”的追求,这些灯具都经过严格的灯光测试,采用无频闪、无噪声的照明产品,柔和而有秩序的灯光设计,营造出一种虚无和沉默的感觉,仿佛游客正在漫步于广袤而神秘的宇宙之中。这种秩序随着逐渐靠近黑洞区域而产生了扭曲,游客在黑洞区域的运动,也将会产生新的宇宙涟漪,进而影响宇宙的秩序。当游客穿过黑洞,便可进入新的空间,继续探索生命的奥秘。而一扇原创,猝不及防的将地球以一种从未见到过的角度呈现在眼前。

The lighting here is presented in a grid pattern, and the repeated rectangular array reinforces the intention of order. In pursuit of "stillness," these lighting fixtures have undergone strict lighting tests and use lighting products that are flicker-free and noise-free. The soft and orderly lighting design creates a sense of eptiness and silence, as if visitors are wandering in the vast and mysterious universe. This order is distorted as visitors approach the black hole area, and the movement of visitors in the black hole area will also create new cosmic ripples, which will affect the order of the universe. When visitors pass through the black hole, they can enter a new space and continue to explore the mysteries of life. And an original, unexpected presentation of the Earth from a never-before-seen perspective.

征程-了解宇宙的奥秘

Journey - Understanding the mysteries of the universe.

自古以来,人类对宇宙就充满了好奇和探索的欲望。随着科学技术的不断发展,人类也逐渐揭开宇宙的神秘面纱。从最初的天文观测,到火箭技术的发展,人类开始向宇宙进发。现在,人类已经完成了月球登录陆、火星探索、空间站建设等一系列任务,搜集大量数据、样本,不断拓展人类的视野和知识。

Since ancient times, humans have been full of curiosity and a desire to explore the universe. With the continuous development of science and technology, humans have gradually uncovered the mysteries of the universe. From the earliest astronomical observations to the development of rocket technology, humans have begun to explore the universe. Now, humans have copleted a series of tasks such as moon landing, Mars exploration, and space station construction, collecting a large amount of data and saples, constantly expanding human vision and knowledge.

在征程区域,游客可以阅读人类漫长岁月中对天文知识积累。随着科技的发展,人类对宇宙的探索不断加深。从卷卷书页的推理到天文望远镜的记录,灯光结合不同的展览内容和展品布置,采用了多种的照明方式,使其更便于阅读和观赏。

In the Journey area, visitors can read about the accumulation of astronomical knowledge throughout human history. With the development of technology, human exploration of the universe continues to deepen. From the reasoning on the pages of books to the records of astronomical telescopes, the lighting is combined with different exhibition contents and exhibits, and various lighting methods are used to make it easier to read and appreciate.

对于大型场景的表现,灯光设计的侧重点在于如何传达信息和情感。我们建议采用强烈的冷光渲染月球的冷白;用细腻的染色灯强化火星“红色星球”的显著特征;用追光灯让空间站的表演更加具有聚焦。光束是塑造舞台疏离感的方式之一,当光束聚焦在宇航员身上,可以创造出一种明暗分明的效果,使宇航员和周围的环境分离开来, 强化宇宙的广袤和寂寞带来的孤单和渺小,增强情感体验。

For large-scale scenes, the focus of lighting design is on how to convey information and emotions. We recommend using strong cold light to render the cold white of the moon; using delicate colored lights to enhance the prominent features of the "Red Planet" Mars; using follow spotlights to make the performance of the space station more focused. The beam of light is one of the ways to create a sense of detachment on the stage. When the beam of light is focused on the astronaut, it can create a clear contrast effect, separating the astronaut from the surrounding environment, enhancing the loneliness and insignificance brought by the vastness and loneliness of the universe, and enhancing emotional experience.

随着踏上空中廊桥,天文馆的奇幻之旅也接近尾声,但人类探索宇宙的征程还在继续,我们也相信在未来,人类还将会更加深入的了解宇宙的奥秘,探索更广阔的宇宙空间。

As we step onto the skywalk, the fantastic journey of the planetarium is coming to an end. However, the human exploration of the universe is still ongoing, and we believe that in the future, humans will continue to deepen their understanding of the mysteries of the universe and explore even wider space.
