一、学校简介


北京师范大学是教育部直属重点大学,是一所以教师教育、教育科学和文理基础学科为主要特色的著名学府。珠海校区是北师大建设“综合性、研究型、教师教育领先的中国特色世界一流大学”的重要组成部分,是按照学校“一体两翼”办学格局和“高标准、新机制、国际化”原则,打造的与北京校区一体规划、一体推进、一体呈现、同一水平的南方校区。利用毗邻港澳的独特优势和创新氛围,珠海校区旨在打造成为卓越教师尤其是国家急需学科师资培养的南方高地,服务港澳人心回归和“一带一路”倡议的人才培养基地,教育高精尖研究中心以及新兴学科、交叉学科培育基地。


二、学院简介


北京师范大学未来设计学院于2021年6月在北京师范大学珠海校区成立。未来设计学院以北京师范大学现有优势学科为基础,根植于艺术、科技、教育的交叉领域,开展在人文、艺术、设计、科技、社科等领域的研究和广泛的跨界合作,以及研究、教育、实践一体化,形成以学科互补、问题驱动、项目导向为特色的教学,设立设计与未来生产、生活方式,艺术与科技,设计与教育三个研究方向,培养具有精确专业素养、专业前沿视野、综合分析能力和科学人文理念的复合型创新型人才,为设计行业的探索性发展提供先驱实践。

面向未来生产、生活方式

未来社会形态的综合性设计


“设计与未来生产、生活方式”在新型互联网文化、智能化社会及数字经济的背景下,基于对技术变革主导的未来文化形态和生产生活方式的探索,推动具有前瞻性与实践性的设计教学与研究。该领域的研究注重人文精神和技术伦理,衔接设计美学与智能制造,涵盖文化生活与生产实践,专业包括产品设计、视觉传达设计、服装与服饰设计、环境设计等已有专业方向;拓展未来生活方式研究,未来人居环境设计,未来体验设计等具有前瞻性专业方向。“设计与未来生产、生活方式”研究培养学生具有分析与预判社会发展趋势的能力,掌握先进的设计理念、方法与工具,了解机构和市场运行模式及产品开发流程,成为未来社会形态的创造者和领军人。



面向前沿问题的概念性设计研究


“艺术与科技”基于科技为艺术设计领域带来的全面拓展,对涉及数字媒体艺术、多媒体设计、交互设计、人工智能可视化设计等多个方面的前沿方向进行概念性探索与实践。该领域的研究对接国际前沿学科,争创一流学术研究成果,以前沿问题为导向,以未来社会人类生活模式的技术性变革为基础,坚持可持续性创新探索,培养具有跨界思维、综合解决能力、未来视野和系统化思维模式的创新型艺术设计人才。



面向设计专业的教学

未来设计教育发展方向研究


“设计与教育”是在教育学领域所作的创新研究,旨在培养未来设计所需的新型人才、探讨设计教育的未来发展方向。该领域研究面向设计学科的教育规律研究,青少年“设计思维”,中小学“美育教育”以及教育场景(校园,教室,桌椅,教具,服装及其他教育产品或服务)的设计。该方向研究体现北京师范大学教育学,心理学等学科优势,突出师范类院校特色,开创设计跨学科教育的新方向,探讨设计教育的未来发展方向。


四、招聘岗位及条件


教学科研岗,符合学院办学方向者(教育学、美育、艺术心理学、服务设计相关方向优先考虑),按以下人才层次引进:


1. 杰出人才:具有引领学科发展方向,开展高水平科学研究的能力和水平。

 

2. 领军人才:有标志性高水平的学术研究成果,能够在团队建设和人才培养方面起到引领和带动作用。

 

3. 拔尖人才:取得有特色的高水平研究成果,在学科领域有一定的影响力并获得学术界同行认可。

 

4. 青年英才:具有优良的科技创新潜质和较好的团队协作能力,有较大发展潜力的青年学者,在国内外一流高校或一流学科毕业的博士或出站的博士后,或有在一流高校从事两年以上教学科研工作经历的青年人才,研究成果特别突出者。自然科学、工程技术领域人选年龄不超过35周岁,人文社会科学领域不超过42周岁。

 

5. 骨干教师:一般应具有博士学位,特别优秀者可适当放宽。在所从事研究的学科领域取得一定成绩或具有良好的发展潜力,具备跨学科科研能力及国际视野。原则上年龄不超过45周岁,正高职称除外。



五、相关待遇


1. 杰出人才:聘任专业职务为正高;基础年薪、科研启动经费、安家费一事一议;研究生招生名额;条件便利的周转房,可申请购买校内共有产权房;优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。

 

2. 领军人才:聘任专业职务为正高;基础年薪、科研启动经费、安家费一事一议;研究生招生名额;条件便利的周转房,可申请购买校内共有产权房;优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。

 

3. 拔尖人才:聘任专业职务为特聘研究员及以上;基础年薪60万(税前)起;科研启动经费100万起;安家费100万起;研究生招生名额;条件便利的周转房,可申请购买校内共有产权房;优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。  


4. 青年英才:聘任专业职务为特聘副研究员及以上;基础年薪40万(税前)起;科研启动经费50万起;安家费50万起;研究生招生名额;条件便利的周转房,可申请购买校内共有产权房;优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。


5. 骨干教师:具有行业竞争力的基本薪酬保障(讲师25万起,副教授30万起,教授40万起);科研启动经费20万起;条件便利的周转房或租房补贴,可申请购买校内共有产权房;优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。

Career Opportunities available at the School of FUTURE DESIGN, 

BEIJING NORMAL UNIVERSITY



I. Introduction


Beijing Normal University (BNU) is a key university affiliated with the Ministry of Education and a leading comprehensive higher education institution known for education, especially teacher education, and basic learning in both the arts and the sciences. Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai (BNU Zhuhai) is an important component of the construction of a “comprehensive, research-oriented, world-class university with Chinese characteristics leading in teacher education”, and is a southern campus of the same level and standard as the Beijing campus under the university’s development strategy of “One University, Two Campuses” and the principle of “High Standard, New Mechanism and Internationalization”. Taking the advantage of Zhuhai’s geographical location close to Hong Kong and Macao and the innovation atmosphere in this area, BNU Zhuhai is to be built into a national center for training excellent teachers, especially in urgently needed disciplines, a base for cultivating talents facilitating the integration of Hong Kong and Macao into the national development and the Belt and Road Initiative, a cutting-edge education research center as well as an incubation base for emerging disciplines and cross-disciplinary research.


II. School of Future Design


Beijing Normal University School of Future Design (SFD) was established in June 2021. Based on the leading disciplines of Beijing Normal University and grounded at the cross-disciplinary research in arts, technology and education, SFD fosters an integrated practice of research, education and practice through collaboration across humanities, arts, design, technology, and social sciences, and provides problem-driven and project-oriented education within complementary disciplines. It covers three research directions: Design and Future Production and Lifestyle, Art and Technology, Design and Education. With the goal of providing pioneering and exploration practices for design industry, SFD aims to equip innovative talents with professional literacy, cutting-edge vision, comprehensive analytical skills, and scientific and humanistic concepts.


III. Research Directions


Comprehensive design for future production, lifestyle and social forms


In the context of the new Internet culture, intelligent society and digital economy, “Design and Future Production/Lifestyle” promotes forward-looking and practical design teaching and research based on the exploration of future cultural forms, production and lifestyle formed with new technological innovations. The research in this field focuses on humanism and technology ethics and bridges design aesthetics and intelligent manufacturing, covering cultural life and production practice. It covers existing branches including Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, Fashion and Accessory Design and Environmental Design, as well as explores forward-looking branches including Future Lifestyle Research, Future Human Habitat Design and Future Experience Design. Research on “Design and Future Production/Lifestyle” equips students with the ability to analyze and predict social development trends, to grasp advanced design concepts, methods and tools, and to understand institution and market operation as well as product development process, and ultimately enables students to become initiators and leaders of future social ideology.


Conceptual research in design for cutting-edge issues


“Art and Technology” concentrates on the application of technology in art and design and conducts conceptual exploration and practice of frontier issues involving Digital Media Art, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design and AI Visualization Design. The research in this field closely links to international frontier disciplines, strives for first-class academic research results, aiming to tackle frontier issues with the scientific and technological aspects on human’s life patterns in future society. Adhering to sustainable innovation and exploration, it nurtures innovative art and design talents with cross-border thinking, problem-solving ability, future vision, and systematic and strategic thinking.


A study of teaching and development in future design education


“Art and Technology” concentrates on the application of technology in art and design and conducts conceptual exploration and practice of frontier issues involving Digital Media Art, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design and AI Visualization Design. The research in this field closely links to international frontier disciplines, strives for first-class academic research results, aiming to tackle frontier issues with the scientific and technological aspects on human’s life patterns in future society. IV. Job Positions


Teaching and research talents in the directions in line with the School development (education, aesthetic education, art psychology, and service design are preferred) can be introduced according to the talent levels listed below.


1. Outstanding Talents: with the ability and level to lead the discipline development and carry out high-level scientific research.

 

2. Leading Talents: have landmark high-level academic research achievements, and can play a leading and driving role in team building and talent cultivation.

 

3. Top-notch Talents: have made distinctive and high-level research results, and certain influence in the discipline and have been recognized by academic peers.

 

4. Young Talents: young scholars with excellent scientific and technological innovation potential and good teamwork ability, with great development potential, PhDs or post-docs who graduated from top universities or top disciplines at home and abroad, or young talents who have over two years of teaching and research experience in top universities, with particularly outstanding research results. The age of candidates in the field of natural science and engineering technology should not exceed 35 years old, and in the field of humanities and social science should not exceed 42 years old.


5. Core Teachers: Ph.D. with appropriate relaxation for particularly outstanding candidates; have certain achievements or development potential in the discipline they are engaged in with interdisciplinary research ability and international vision. The age should not exceed 45 years old, except for senior titles.


V. Remuneration


1. Outstanding Talents: For outstanding talents, they will have a professional title of full professor, a recruitment quota of postgraduate students, a well-equipped apartment or rental allowance and the eligibility to purchase a shared ownership apartment on campus, and high-quality first-rate resources of pre-school age education and compulsory education for their children. The annual base salary, research start-up fund and living subsidy can be negotiated on the specific case.


2. Leading Talents: For leading talents, they will have a professional title of full professor, a recruitment quota of postgraduate students, a well-equipped apartment or rental allowance and the eligibility to purchase a shared ownership apartment on campus, and high-quality first-rate resources of pre-school age education and compulsory education for their children. The annual base salary, research start-up fund and living subsidy can be negotiated on the specific case.


3. Top-notch Talents: For top-notch talents, they will have a professional title of researcher and above, a yearly pre-tax income of 600,000 yuan (annual merit pay calculated separately), a research start-up fund of 1,000,000 yuan, a living subsidy of 1,000,000 yuan, a recruitment quota of postgraduate students, a well-equipped apartment or rental allowance and the eligibility to purchase a shared ownership apartment on campus, and high-quality first-rate resources of pre-school age education and compulsory education for their children.


4. Young Talents: For young talents, they will have a professional title of researcher and above, a yearly pre-tax income of 400,000 yuan (annual merit pay calculated separately), a research start-up fund of 500,000 yuan, a living subsidy of 500,000 yuan, a recruitment quota of postgraduate students, a well-equipped apartment or rental allowance and the eligibility to purchase a shared ownership apartment on campus, and high-quality first-rate resources of pre-school age education and compulsory education for their children.


5. Core Teachers: For core teachers, they will have competitive payment (over 250,000 yuan for lecturers, 300,000 yuan for associate professors, 400,000 yuan for full professors before tax), a research start-up fund of 200,000 yuan, a recruitment quota of postgraduate students, a well-equipped apartment or rental allowance and the eligibility to purchase a shared ownership apartment on campus, and high-quality first-rate resources of pre-school age education and compulsory education for their children.
