标志设计,麻雀虽小,五脏俱全,如同古代的篆刻,方寸之间,可以容纳海阔天空。尤其是大型赛事的会徽设计,更是国家形象设计的组成部分,已经成为今天国际设计领域高度重视的兵家必争之地。中国自从1990年承办第十一届亚洲运动会以来,在大型赛事会徽设计方面积累了大量的经验。在互联网时代,作为传统视觉传达形态的大型赛事的会徽设计更是在很大程度上受到互联网思维的影响,在形态上发生了微妙的转换。在本场讲座中,设计评论家、北京大学博导祝帅研究员,将带领大家细数近年来中国重大赛事会徽和吉祥物设计的理念演变,分析设计形态背后中国设计主体性理念的崛起。


The old saying “The sparrow may be small, but it has all the vital organs.” applies to the logo design. Just like ancient seal cutting, the vast sky can be accommodated between few inches. The emblem design of major events, in particular, is part of national image design, highly valued by today’s international design field. Since 1990, when China hosted the 11th Asian Games, it has accumulated a great deal of experience in terms of emblem design of major events. In the Internet era, the emblem design of major events, as a traditional form of visual communication, is influenced by Internet thinking to a large degree, and has undergone some subtle changes in form. In this lecture, Zhu Shuai, design critic, and doctoral director of Peking University, will lead us to have a close look at the evolution of the emblem and mascot design concept of major events in China in recent years, and analyze the rise of the idea of design subjectivity behind them.

祝帅,全国青联委员,北京大学现代广告研究所所长,新闻与传播学院研究员、博士生导师,北京大学博雅青年学者,国家万人计划青年拔尖人才,兼任中国广告协会学术委员会委员、中国新闻史学会博物馆与史志传播专业委员会副会长、中国文艺评论家协会青年工作委员会委员、中国美术家协会会员。


所获主要科研奖项有中国广告长城奖(两次)、新闻传播学国家学会奖、北京大学人文社会科学研究优秀成果奖、中国广告学术发展特别贡献人物等,主持完成国家社科基金一般项目《中国当代广告口述史》,北京市社科基金重大项目《北京广告七十年》。所获主要教学奖项有北京大学教学优秀奖(两次)、北京大学教学改革优秀结项、首届讲好中国故事创意传播国际大赛优秀指导教师、2019年度全国广告教育教学改革优秀案例等,担任全国平面公益广告大赛、北京国际公益广告大会等多种广告奖项评委。


Zhu Shuai, member of All-China Youth Federation, director of Modern Advertising Research Institute, Peking University, researcher and doctoral supervisor of School of Journalism and Communication, Peking University Boya Young Fellow, Top Young Talents of National 10,000 Talents Program. He is also a member of Academic Committee of China Advertising Association, vice president of The Chinese Association Museum for History of Journalism and Communication and Spread of Historical Records Committee, member of Youth Working Committee of Chinese Literary and Art Critics Association and member of China Artists Association. 


His main research achievements include China Advertising Great-wall Awards (twice), National Academy Award in Journalism and Communication, Outstanding Research Achievement Award of Humanities and Social Science in Peking University, Special Character with Contribution to the Academic Development of Chinese Advertising and so on. In addition, he hosted and successfully carried out the national social science fund project “The Oral History of Contemporary Chinese Advertising”, and the Beijing social science fund project “Seventy Years of Advertising in Beijing”. His main teaching awards vary from Teaching Excellence Award of Peking University (twice), Completion of Outstanding Project of Teaching Reform of Peking University, Excellent Advisor of The First International Contest for Creative Communication of China Story, to Outstanding Case of 2019 National Advertising Education Teaching Reform. Also, he was once the judge of the National Contest of Graphic.
