新时代呼唤“新文科”建设，“文科教育是国家发展的软实力和巧实力，其发展水平反映了一个民族的思维能力、精神品格与文明素养。在文科教育创新发展的总思路下，以特色优势专业为内核，将新理论、新技术与新实践充分融合，扎实培养好新时代文科人才。”随着数字化信息时代的不断进步，数字媒体艺术专业凭借其特有的优势，将艺术与技术充分融合，将创意与应用有效连接，在“新文科”建设的背景下发展快速。数字媒体艺术创作与表达是通过前沿的数字媒体技术手段进行的，包含了“科学、艺术、人文”等丰富理念，创作表达方式多样，艺术内涵多元，未来前景广阔。
北京电影学院数字媒体学院此次将以“数字媒体艺术与科技”为主题，召开数字媒体艺术与科技国际大会，旨在通过新文科背景下艺术与科技的相互依存关系，关注数字媒体艺术与科学前沿发展动态，探讨本专业核心与拓展、教育与行业、跨界与融合等多层面内容，搭建起中国数字媒体艺术专业产学研共享平台，促进数字媒体艺术专业的全球化发展与数字媒体专业人才培养模式的创新研究，以培养中华文化的传承者、艺术理论的创新者和中国未来的开拓者。
大会将邀请国内外数字媒体艺术领域的科学家、艺术家、高校相关专业负责人、教授、理论学者、行业精英等专业人士，通过线上、线下的联动形式共同参会，并盛邀各行业精英人士赴会，共同探讨数字媒体艺术的未来。

Liberal arts education is the soft power and smart power of a country's development, and its development level reflects a nation's thinking, spiritual character and civilization quality.Under the general idea of the innovative development of liberal arts education, the core of which is characteristic and advantageous specialty, the new theory, new technology and new practice will be fully integrated to cultivate liberal arts talents in the new era.With the continuous progress of the digital information age, "digital media" fully integrates art and technology with its unique advantages, and effectively connects creativity and application.Digital media art creation and expression are worked through cutting-edge digital media technology, including rich ideas of "science, art, humanities", etc. the creative expression modes are diverse, the artistic connotation is diversified, and the future prospect is broad.
The digital media school of Beijing Film Academy will hold an International Conference on digital media art and science and technology with the theme of “digital media art and technology”. Under the background of new liberal arts, the purpose of this conference is to focus on the frontier development of digital media art and science through the interdependence between art and technology, and to explore the core and expansion, education and industry, cross-border and integration of the major. In order to cultivate the inheritors of Chinese culture, the innovators of art theory and the future of China, we should build a sharing platform of industry.
The "International Conference on Digital Media Arts and Technologies" will invite scientists, artists, professors, scholars, industry professionals in the field of digital media art in China and other countries to participate in the conference on site or online, discussing the future of digital media art.

征文要求

Requirements for the solicit articles

01  会议接收未正式发表的中/英文论文来稿，内容可以是学术研究、实践案例等；

The conference receives papers that have not been published, both Chinese and English articles are welcomed, the contents of which can be academic research, practical cases, etc;

02  会议论文字数不少于5000 字，“姓名——单位——题目”命名（word/pdf均可），发至组委会电子邮箱：dms@bfa.edu.cn

The number of words for conference papers should be no less than 5,000, submitted to dms@bfa.edu.cn.

03  会议论文经组委会评审专家审核，对通过审核的论文给予录用通知，并邀请参加会议；

The papers of the conference shall be examined and approved by the evaluation experts of the Organizing Committee, the papers that have passed the examination shall be notified of acceptance, and the author shall be invited to attend the conference;

04  通过评审收到会议录用通知的论文将被推荐到专业核心期刊发表，且优秀论文作者将被邀请在会议宣讲。

The excellent papers accepted at the conference will be recommended for publication in important journals, and the authors of the excellent accepted papers will be invited to preach at the conference.

05  大会录用的优秀论文拟于2021年正式出版。

The papers that received the conference notice of acceptance through the review will be published in a formal collection in 2021.
